Construction Toilets

When it comes time to begin your next construction project, be sure to plan for every aspect of the build. From beginning to end of the job, one thing will remain constant: people will be on site and in need of facilities to utilize when nature calls. Overlooking the smallest details for a job site, like the presence of portable toilets for the construction site, can be a major detriment to the project.

We are often asked about the proper number of portable restrooms to have on each job site. The easiest rule of thumb to use is to expect that one (1) unit will handle ten (10) workers on site for a standard work week (40 hours per worker).

Construction Site Service

• Standard Service (once per week) - Unit is placed on route and serviced at weekly intervals on a certain day of the week.


• Gold Service - Unit is serviced once per week with double the water and deodorizer.  This is helpful in keeping odor under control as it helps to ensure all waste stays below the water level in the tank.  Urinal block is added to the urinal and a scented air freshener is placed inside the unit.


• Multi Service - We can service as many times during a one week period as a customer requests.  This is helpful on sites where space is limited.  One unit can go a long way with multi-service.


• Hand Sanitizers - For those concerned with hygiene, a wall mounted alcohol based hand sanitizer can be installed and maintained weekly.  In a world with increasing concerns over things such as the H1N1 Flu virus this service can help protect the users of the portable restrooms.


• Crane Units - For applications where the restrooms may need to be hoisted and placed atop a hi-rise building or lowered into a hole, a crane attachment can be added to the restroom making this possible.


• Holding Tanks - 220 gallon holding tanks are available to handle waste storage from on-site office trailers.  A weekly service is performed on the Tanks.


• Freshwater Sinks - Stand alone freshwater hand washing stations are available for construction sites.
